Eviction papers served on Cain accuser for $7,500 back rent

Cook County sheriff’s deputies served eviction papers to a Glenview woman who has accused GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain of groping her.

The papers were served to the 13-year-old son of Sharon Bialek on Tuesday evening after deputies tried but failed to serve Bialek earlier in the day, according to Frank Bilecki, a spokesman for the Cook County sheriff’s office. Bialek was not at home, he said.

The owner of Bialek’s townhouse began the eviction process after Bialek failed to pay $7,500 in back rent, Bilecki said. Attempts to reach Bialek were unsuccessful.

Cain Attacked by Accuser; Will Not Stop His Effort to Renew America

Detractors are trying once again to derail the Cain Train with more accusations of past events that never happened. The Cain Campaign is not surprised that another female accuser has come forward due to the fact that earlier allegations were unable to force Herman Cain to drop his presidential bid to renew America.

“The American public is tired of dirty politics and smear tactics as evident of their tremendous outpouring of support for me, my family and my campaign this past month. I am running for President of the United States of America and the reality is that there are individuals out there that favor the status quo of higher taxes, more government and political cronyism and they are afraid of a Cain Presidency,” said Mr. Cain.

“I have spoken directly to the American people and have been 100% honest with them. My plan is to continue to spread my vision on how I would renew America and keep her safe. I will not fight false claims as it is not what America needs or wants,” continued Mr. Cain.

Mr. Cain has spent four decades climbing the corporate ladder rising to the level of CEO at multiple successful business enterprises. Mr. Cain is a proven leader and the type of leader America badly needs at this time in her history.

Gloria Cain discusses the sexual harassment allegations against her husband with Greta

Gloria Cain: Herman ‘Totally Respects Women’

WASHINGTON –  Gloria Cain, wife of Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, says claims of sex harassment against her husband left her wondering who his accusers are talking about.

“To hear such graphic allegations and know that that would have been something that was totally disrespectful of her as a woman, and I know that’s not the person he is. He totally respects women,” Gloria Cain told Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren in an interview that will air Monday night at 10 p.m. ET.

Four women have accused the businessman of sexually harassing them when he led the National Restaurant Association between 1996-1999. The most recent accuser, Sharon Bialek, is the only one to go on record publicly.

“I looked at especially this last lady and the things that she said, and I’m thinking, ‘He would have to have a split personality to do the things that she said,’” Gloria Cain said of Bialek.

Cain has denied wrongdoing and has been trying to move forward in his presidential campaign. But Bialek’s ex-boyfriend reportedly was to come out before cameras on Monday afternoon to give his recollection of events at the time.

Despite the persistent charges, the latest poll by Politico, which broke the sexual harassment story, shows Cain still sitting atop the field with 27 percent though his favorability ratings, particularly among women, have dropped throughout the past week. The poll was taken Nov. 6-9, after the Cain accusations began.

Cain, whose wife of 43 years is a registered Democrat, says she is his rock. The two were married in 1968, have two adult children — a daughter, Melanie, and a son, Vincent — and two grandchildren. Melanie and Vincent were also interviewed by Van Susteren.

Gloria Cain said she doesn’t often think about living in the White House.

“Sometimes I let myself go there, but then I try to pull myself back in that I don’t want to start projecting too far in the future because I would worry more, and I try to take one day at a time. And in that way, if or when, that happens, then I have faith that the Lord will have me ready to do whatever I need to do that’s going to help him,” she said.
